Please be aware that due to the high level of interest and the limited number of openings, not all applicants will be guaranteed a spot. We strive to create the best possible matches for both our leaders and students. If you do not receive a position this time, it is because we receive many applications and work hard to ensure the best fit for everyone involved.

Here’s How Our Matching Process Works:

As Kodely operates on a seasonal basis and our schedule for placing Leaders at schools is dependent on our school’s schedule and openings, we strive to match our leaders to opportunities based on the school’s schedule and our staffing needs. Here’s how the matching process works:

Creating a Candidate Pool: We maintain a database of vetted candidates who have passed all interview rounds. Candidates are tagged with relevant skills, availability, and preferred locations.
Opportunity Identification: We regularly update the database with new school schedules and requirements, identifying staffing gaps and forecasting future needs based on seasonality. We will email out opportunities as they become available and wait for your response if you can take on the role.

Confirmation and Onboarding:

Once a match is identified, we confirm your interest and availability, send the DocuSign contract, send onboarding materials, and schedule training sessions.
